نستنكر المصادمات العنيفة التى قامت
بها السلطات الليبية ضد مساجين الرأى الليبيين العزل من السلاح اليوم, بسجن
ابوسليم بطرابلس التي اودت الى سقوط العديد من الجرحى.وهناك اخبار غير مؤكدة عن
مقتل سجينين . ولذلك نهيب بالمنظمات الدولية الحقوقية بان تستنكر هذه المعاملة
البربرية للمساجين. وان تاخذ خطوات عملية للحد من تصرفات السلطات الليبية السئية
في السجون الليبية.
- ونطالب باخراج جميع المساجين
الليبييين الموجودين في هذا السجن الذي يشبه سجن ابوغريب او قوانتاناموا او اشد .
- ونطالب
بفتح السجون الليبية امام المنظمات الحقوقية العالمية للاطلاع على احوال المساجين
وظروف اعتقالهم وتوفير العدالة لهم.
- كما نطالب بفتح تحقيق فوري مع
المسؤولين على السجون الليبية. وتقديمهم للمحاكمة الدولية.
ونهيب بالعالم ان يتدخل لوقف مسلسل القتل والاعدام والتصفية الجسدية للابرياء
والمظلومين داخل السجون الليبية. ومن المعلوم ان نفس هذا السجن قد شاهد مذبحة
1200 سجين ليبي وها هو اليوم يمارس فيه ابشع انواع التعذيب والقتل امام مرأى من
العالم الحر.

Eight wounded and two killed in
prison confrontation.
Stop the continuing massacre in
Busleem prison in Tripoli, Libya. There are agreed international legal
standards on the human rights of prisoners.
It was reported by human rights
propes that “At least 8 were wounded and two killed in the confrontation”.
International law criminalizes
whoever kills prisoners.
An eye witness from inside the prison said that the Libyan authority gave
orders;” shoot to kill”. An inmate using a telephone from the prison said
there had been no rioting from the prisoners and there was no need to kill
prisoners.
The same prison saw a massacre in
1996, which claimed 1200 prisoners lives. Busleem prison is as bad as or worse
than Abu graib and Guantanamo.
- We as a human rights organization call for the
following:
- Immediate
release of all Libyan prisoners.
- Opening
of the Libyan prisons for inspection by international human rights
organizations and to the Red Crescent and the Red Cross to assess conditions
in the prison and allegations of ill treatment and torture.
- To open
an international inquiry to determine who is responsible for the killing of
the prisoners and bring them to justice internationally.
