أم تسعى جاهدة لإسترجاع إبنتها من ليبيا |

نقلت صحيفة اخبار مساء مانشستر خبر عن عزم أم الإنتقال الى ليبيا كآخر حل للحصول على حق حضانة إبنتها "ناديا فوزي" والتي رجع بها والدها الليبي الى ليبيا في شهر مايو الماضي. السيدة سارة تايلور قررت بيع منزلها بهندلي - ويجن - من أجل ان تكون مع إبنتها البالغة من العمر 4 سنوات.سارة كتبت الى العقيد القذافي طالبة منه التدخل وهى الأن تسعى لإقناع قاضي المحكمة في طرابلس بضرورة عودة ناديا معها الى بريطانيا. وللقيام بهذه المهمة عليها ان تتيث للمحكمة بأنها قادرة على إعالة إبنتها وتوفير كل إحتياجاتها وأن توافق بأن تربي إبنتها كمسلمة.
وتطمح سارة في أن تكون قوانين الشريعة الإسلامية المتعلقة بحضانة الأطفال في صالحها وان زوجها السابق فوزي بوعرقوب لن يكون قادرا على الإحتفاظ بها معه في ليبيا. أخر مرة رأت سارة ابنتها ناديا كانت في شهر يوليو الماضي عندما ذهبت الى ليبيا في محاولة لإسترجاعها. وقالت السيدة تايلور بأن زوجها السابق كان قد وافق على رجوع ناديا مع والدتها ولكنه غير رايه فيما بعد. Sarah Taylor is selling her home in Hindley, Wigan, in an attempt to be reunited with four year-old Nadia Fawzi. Nadia was taken by her Libyan father back to his home country in May.Sarah has already written to Libyan leader Colonel Gaddafi to ask him to intervene in the case and now hopes to convince a judge in Tripoli that Nadia should be returned to her.To win her back in Libya she will have to prove to a court that she is financially independent, owns a home in Libya and agrees to raise her daughter as a Muslim.Sarah is hoping that the Islamic sharia legal system, with its strict rules on child custody, will work in her favour and that ex-husband Fawzi Abuarghub will no longer be able to keep Nadia from her.The law says that girls must stay with their mothers until they reach puberty, while boys must remain with their fathers until they are 12. Sarah, 31, is now planning to sell her home in George Street to win back her daughter.Nadia last saw her mother in July when Sarah went to Libya to plead with her ex-husband to let their daughter infoe back to England. Sarah says Fawzi had previously offered to allow Nadia to infoe back to England but later changed his mind. Sarah said: "He lied to us all. The police bent over backwards to sort all this out and then he said he wasn't infoing back, so this is the only way I am going to get custody. "I am quite confident I can win if I go and live out there, because of the law. "It will be sad leaving family and friends, but I can't sit here waiting for my ex-husband to do the right thing by Nadia - he won't. All I can do now is put my trust in the laws of the country and hope. "I am hoping to go next week and will not be infoing home without Nadia."
